This consignor agreement is on My Sales Manager (MSM), the online system used by consignors to enter items and track sales.  You will be able to complete the agreement during the online process in MSM.   When reading the agreement online, there will be a space to enter "YES" to agree to the terms.  The form is shown below for consignors to read and review. You cannot complete the form on this page; it is "read only" here. There is no need to print it out because you will be completing it online when entering your items.
