From our extensive marketing reach, personalized inventory lists, staging, and coordination with local charities at conclusion of sale, let us take care of all the details for you. What You Need to Know

Our Easy Process

  • Schedule an appointment for us to meet to review the items you’d like to sell
  • We will provide an honest evaluation and discuss options for your sale
  • We will explain our contract and answer any questions you may have
  • If you decide to have Curtain Call do your estate sale, we will work with you to select dates
  • We will make an inventory list with price of each item room by room
  • We will price and tag all of the items you wish to have included in your estate sale
  • We will take care of all of the marketing and schedule experienced assistants to help with the sale
  • We will take photos that will be used in promotional emails, social media, and our website
  • We will stage your space to showcase your items
  • We will run the estate sale from start to finish and will provide excellent customer service
  • We will provide a completed sold inventory report at conclusion of sale indicating sale price of all sold items
  • If you’d like, we will facilitate donation of unsold items or provide referral to local charities

Estate Sale Shoppers

  • Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted
  • Cash and checks are preferred. A 3% fee will be applied to all debit and credit card purchases
  • No returns or exchanges
  • Please bring bags, boxes and packing materials with you as we do not provide
  • We are unable to assist in the loading of furniture or heavy items. Please ensure you have extra hands to do so. We are able to offer references of reliable movers upon request
  • All items must be removed by close of business on our last sale  day
  • All persons on sale premises assume risk of injury and hold Curtain Call LLC harmless for any liability related to such risks
